REFUND POLICY

Celebrancy services 

  • Booking fee is non-refundable 
  • If ceremony is postponed by client up to one month beforehand, balance is not payable until two weeks before new ceremony date
  • If ceremony is cancelled by client up to one month beforehand, 100% of balance will be payable. This is because the celebrant will be unable to book another ceremony for the same date at such short notice.
  • If celebrant is unable to perform the ceremony, celebrant will endeavour to source a new celebrant, and all fees, excluding deposit, will be payable to the new celebrant 
  • If a new celebrant cannot be sourced to client’s satisfaction, all funds, including deposit, will be refunded to client

 

Other services – all below services are payable 50% at commencement and 50% at completion and before final delivery:

  • Travel itinerary planning
  • Celebration itinerary planning
  • Venue research
  • Supplier research 
  • Pre or post ceremony activities planning
  • Other services as negotiated
