17 Aug REFUND POLICY
Celebrancy services
- Booking fee is non-refundable
- If ceremony is postponed by client up to one month beforehand, balance is not payable until two weeks before new ceremony date
- If ceremony is cancelled by client up to one month beforehand, 100% of balance will be payable. This is because the celebrant will be unable to book another ceremony for the same date at such short notice.
- If celebrant is unable to perform the ceremony, celebrant will endeavour to source a new celebrant, and all fees, excluding deposit, will be payable to the new celebrant
- If a new celebrant cannot be sourced to client’s satisfaction, all funds, including deposit, will be refunded to client
Other services – all below services are payable 50% at commencement and 50% at completion and before final delivery:
- Travel itinerary planning
- Celebration itinerary planning
- Venue research
- Supplier research
- Pre or post ceremony activities planning
- Other services as negotiated
