As each celebration is unique, I will provide a quote based on your requirements. To give you an idea of what I can do, see below my approach.
Your bespoke, all-inclusive wedding ceremony includes:
— Initial meeting
— Comprehensive booklet of ceremony options, including readings, poems, rituals and music
— Unlimited emails/phone calls to complete ceremony elements
— Compilation of a ceremony that is unique to you
— One rehearsal
— Officiating of ceremony and completion of all legal documents
— Celebrant personal presentation to match colours and theme of ceremony
— Provision of PA system for ceremony
— Ceremonial and official marriage certificates
— Commemorative gift for bespoke civil celebrations and weddings only – others on request at additional cost
Any extras will be charged at cost, for example:
— Ritual items
— Provision of music operation
— Provision of witnesses
— Travel to and from ceremony location if it is 250 kms outside greater Brisbane area
— Accommodation for one night if ceremony location is greater than 250 kms outside greater Brisbane area

A shortlist of 4 venues + coordination of virtual or in-person site inspections and liaison with venue

Pre or post ceremony activities planning
Up to 2 days pre or post ceremony activity planning + booking and coordination with suppliers

Celebration itinerary planning
Up to a one week itinerary including destination research, accommodation, restaurants, on-ground transportation and activities

Additional services related to ceremony, event and/or event planning can be negotiated and will be priced accordingly
